If you're looking for a flexible job this is the right place to go. You pick your days and your hours of work. The pay is okay but it will be great for a part-time job
The job is fun and isn't hard it's just the employees specifically the supervisors and Human Resources staff that make working at CSC very difficult.
It's NOT the job, it's the people in the job that I work with. I don't even have issues with the customers because their usually respectful and easygoing.
CSC is the #1 event staffing company in the world. We cover almost every venue in the Los Angeles County. Super bowls as well. I would consider if you have free time on the weekend to come out in help us apply online or at the Torrance office. Tell them Samuel price sent you
It's cool working here, but if you do. Just know it's not an everyday job, it's only when there is some type of event. Also they do not offer direct deposit.
It's a great place to work. You get paid every week, all concerts, and sports games are cool to see. You even get to meet some celebrities. 😊 Just know you must stand and always be aware of your surroundings, remember what your there for . …
I want to be as transparent and honest.
I’ve worked here since May 2023.
There’s a few good things about working for CSC. But there’s some awful things too.
I was working the Drake concert at the Forum, and I was assaulted by a guest . Not one team member was around to help me, why because they were all lined up in front of the stage to watch the show.
Which supposedly is not allowed.
If you want to work whenever you want to work , get a paycheck every Friday, and don’t care about anything else. And I mean anything else. Then you can work here. They will hire anyone, and I mean that. They have a lot of people who have disabilities. Which is great.
But if you are not romantically involved or related to someone, you will never climb the ladder.
They have so many complaints and pending lawsuits is a shame.
They have lost a few contracts before of gross negligence and lack of proper management and protocols.
You will be surprised at how much disrespect and incompetence you will encounter when working for CSC.
I’ve seen so much illegal activity from the workers that it’s astonishing.
And forget about filling a complaint with HR, because it falls on deaf ears. You will be retaliated against and people will make you uncomfortable.
They are extremely disorganized and there’s a lot of chiefs and not enough Indians. And everyone wants to be in charge.
Everyone talks about everyone, and there’s no comparison whatsoever.
But if you just want to make a quick buck, then give it a try.
But I work every day and my paycheck is about 147 a week. I spend about that amount in gas.
But after I was attacked by a Fan, and not one employee was around to help me, I don’t know what my future holds for me working here anymore.
I do wish you the best, I guess it’s not all it cracked up to be for me.
There’s too many inconsistencies and favoritism for me…
I experienced an incident during bag search with Tony (supervisor, he was wearing a light blue shirt) at the Angel vs Yankee game. At the stadium i immediately walked to guest relations and Gabriel another employee was nervous to even listen to my incident. He gave me a lousy piece of paper with his contact information (see picture attached). They fabricated a false report and won't take accountability for their actions. It's been months of emails and no reimbursement for my damaged item. I had to contact the Angel Stadium so they can at least look into my complaint and suddenly CSC reached our! CSC has been playing email games and their employee was asked to write a report which completely shields Tony the supervisor. Maybe because I was a Yankee female Latina fan they disregarded my complaint and didn't care to reach out. Don't trust this security service. They are not professionals when it comes to customer service. There last email stated they they were too busy with events to deal with my complaint.
The company it self is ok but some of the staff members take they job too seriously using it as a way to have power over others. I wouldn’t recommend this being your main of income they’ll fire you over petty stuff.
